Sauerkraut And Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut, wash and rinse good
    4 to 6 pork chops or chunked pork
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. applesauce
    2 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Place sauerkraut in baking pan.
    Add apples.
    Place pork on sauerkraut.
    Sprinkle with garlic and sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until pork is tender.
