Slaw Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
1 egg
1/3 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and salt.
Beat egg.
Add egg, vinegar and water to sugar mixture.
Bring to a boil in heavy saucepan.
Stir constantly.
Cook until thick.
Chill.
Serve over cabbage slaw.
