Georgie'S Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
1 lb. can pumpkin
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. candied fruit
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
1 pkg. butterscotch instant pudding
Preparation

Mix eggs, pumpkin, cooking oil, sugar and vanilla. Add all dry ingredients. Mix well and add pecans and candied fruit. Batter will make 3 loaf pans. Grease and flour pans. Bake at 275\u00b0.
