Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. carrots
    1 c. pineapple, crushed
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    For plain flour, use 2 teaspoons baking powder and 1 teaspoon soda.
    Mix all items.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
