Russian Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. shredded cooking cheese
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. cream-style corn
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. chopped banana hot pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Have pan or skillet ready with about 3 tablespoons oil.
    Pour mixture in.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
