Raw Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 C raisins
1/4 C water
2 C sugar
1/2 C butter flavored shortening
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 C flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
3-3/4 C grated zucchini
1 C chopped nuts

Preparation

Bring raisins and water to a boil.
Cool.
