Sausage Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    salt and pepper (to taste)
    3 c. bread, cubed
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    10 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix cheese, bread and flour.
    Add cooked and drained sausage. Put into a large casserole dish.
    Beat eggs well.
    Add condiments.
    Pour mixture over ingredients in casserole.
    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set in the middle.
    Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
    Serves 10 to 13.
