Chicken With Beer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, split
    4 to 5 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    oil
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. toasted almonds
    1/2 c. beer
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Skin chicken and dredge with flour mixture.
    Fry in oil until brown.
    Mix soup, soy sauce, beer, 2 tablespoons almonds and mushrooms.
    Place chicken in baking dish and pour the soup mixture over it.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, uncovered, basting several times.
    Remove from oven. Sprinkle remaining almonds over the top and serve warm.
