Broccoli And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears or 1 head fresh
    12 oz. pkg. American cheese
    1 sleeve pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions (10 minutes for fresh broccoli).
    Add 1/3 stick butter (softened) and cheese. Crush crackers and melt the remaining butter and combine both butter and crushed crackers.
    In a greased casserole dish, put broccoli and top with cracker mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serve hot and enjoy!
