Dilly Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. elbow macaroni or shells
1 c. cubed American cheese or shredded Mozzarella
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well. Cool.
Combine macaroni, cheese, celery and green pepper.
Blend together the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and dill weed; add to macaroni mixture.
Toss lightly.
Cover and chill well.
Serve salad in lettuce lined bowl, if desired.
Serves 6.
