Mile High Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 oz. strawberries, halved
1 c. sugar, scant
Juice of 1 lemon
2 egg whites
Pinch of salt
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except whipping cream. Beat on high speed for 20 minutes until stiff. Fold in whipping cream. Pile high into baked and chilled 10-inch pie crust. Place in freezer overnight until served.
