Apple Pie Extra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie crusts *
    6 c. apples, pared and sliced (Courtland or Granny Smith)
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 c. Port wine
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 egg yolk plus 1 tsp. water, beaten
    sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. raisins, plumped
Preparation
    *Flour 1 side of bottom crust and place in pie pan, flour side down.
