Egg Dish For Breakfast Or Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    15 saltines
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. diced ham or bacon or mushrooms
    1 medium onion, sauteed
Preparation
    Wisk eggs and combine other ingredients.
    Make sure ham, bacon or mushrooms have been cooked.
    Pour into 2-quart dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
