Two Minute Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/8 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Stir together confectioners sugar, cocoa and salt in 2-quart glass dish.
    Stir in milk and vanilla extract until well blended. Melt margarine in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on Medium-high. Stir margarine into mixture.
    Microwave mixture for 2 minutes on High.
    Add nuts.
    Stir until smooth.
    Pour into clean dish, if desired, for serving.
    Chill until set.
