Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
4 eggs, separated
2 Tbsp. flour
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 can coconut
2 (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation

Cream sugar, butter and flour.
Add slightly beaten egg yolks. Add pineapple and coconut. Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
