Strawberry Nut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup shortening
    2 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    1 cup self rising flour
    2 cups all purpose flour
    1 cup mashed strawberries and juice
    1 cup finely chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flours together and add to creamed mixture. Fold in strawberries and juice. Add nuts. Spoon batter into greased and floured tube pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
