Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. sweet potatoes
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 stick oleo
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Cook potatoes just until skins can be removed easily.
    Cut into serving pieces and place in rectangular baking dish.
    In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, oleo and crushed pineapple.
    Heat until blended.
    Pour over sweet potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are tender.
