Picadillo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium Spanish onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    2 c. chopped olives
    2 cans tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    black pepper to taste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Saute onion, olives and garlic.
    Mix in ground beef.
    Drain tomatoes but save the tomato juice.
    Add tomatoes to beef.
    Add spices.
    Add some of the reserved tomato juice, if needed, and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve with rice and black beans.
