Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can beef broth
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
    16 oz. sour cream
    cooked medium/wide noodles
Preparation
    Cut steak into thin strips, dust with flour, salt and pepper and brown.
    Add onions, bell pepper, mushroom soup and beef broth. Cover and cook on low heat for 1 1/2 hours until meat is tender. When ready to serve, gradually stir in sour cream and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Serve over noodles.
