Nell'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deboned chicken
    1 can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup
    1 medium size sour cream
    1 can water chestnuts, cut as desired
    1 roll Ritz or HiHo crackers, crushed fine
    1 stick margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine sour cream and undiluted soup.
    Mix with chicken and water chestnuts.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle crackers on top.
    Drizzle butter on top.
    Sprinkle with paprika and/or parsley. Bake in conventional oven at approximately 350\u00b0 or microwave until bubbling along sides of container, approximately 2 to 3 inches in toward center.
