Spiced Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. water
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. pickling spice
    1 tsp. cayenne
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    4 tsp. salt
    top leaves from 1 bunch celery
    6 lb. shrimp, well washed, not peeled
    1/2 lb. butter
    juice from 2 large lemons
    1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    7 or 8 dashes Tabasco
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil water, caraway seed, black pepper, pickling spice, cayenne, bay leaf, mustard, 4 teaspoons salt and celery leaves for 20 minutes before putting in shrimp. Shrimp must be put in the boiling spice water and cook 10 minutes after water starts to boil again.
