Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sliced Vidalia onions
3 Tbsp. butter
1 unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Saute onions in butter in skillet until tender.
Spread in pie shell.
Beat eggs with evaporated milk, salt and pepper in bowl. Pour over onions.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 18 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
