Sally Lunn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

In mixer bowl, cream butter and sugar until thoroughly blended.
Add eggs and mix well. Combine baking powder and flour. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk, starting and ending with the flour.
Spoon into greased muffin tins filling 3/4 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until tests done. Remove from tins and place on rack.
Best served right away. Yields 12 muffins.
