Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, sliced or frozen
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Make pastry and line pie pan.
    Place prepared rhubarb on crust.
    Mix flour with sugar and sprinkle over rhubarb.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover with top crust and bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 375\u00b0.
    Cook 30 minutes.
