Brown Kraut Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut
1 lb. bacon
1 onion, chopped
sugar to taste
Preparation

Fry bacon and onion until bacon is crisp and onion browned. Crumble bacon and drain well.
Put kraut in casserole dish.
Add sugar to taste of individual. Add onion and bacon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
