Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1/3 c. plain yogurt
    cinnamon
    fresh fruit, cut into bite size pieces for dipping
Preparation
    In small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; mix well. Stir in pineapple juice.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
    Remove from heat; stir in yogurt.
    Let cool, then cover and refrigerate. When ready to serve, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with fresh fruit.
