Frozen Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped celery
2 medium red apples, chopped
1 c. pecans
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. Cool Whip (more may be used)
Preparation

Drain pineapple; save juice.
In saucepan, combine juice, sugar and beaten eggs.
Cook until thickens (it doesn't get very thick).
Allow to cool.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Freeze in 9 x 12-inch dish or use individual muffin cups.
Serve frozen.
