Walnut Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. mandarin peel, chopped
    1/2 lb. walnuts, finely ground
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    8 egg whites
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks, add powdered sugar, mandarin peel, brandy and walnuts.
    Beat egg whites until stiff, carefully fold into egg yolk mixture.
    Bake in 8-inch springform at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Frost with Butter Cream Icing.
