Pineapple Salad Dressing(For Fruit Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pineapple juice
    2 eggs, beaten lightly
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Heat juice and add a little to eggs.
    Then add remainder.
    Mix sugar, flour and salt together and moisten to a smooth paste with juice mixture.
    Add to juice.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until the consistency of custard.
    Cool.
    Fold into fruit.
