Pastierra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 box noodles (thin)
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated lemon and orange rind
    1 stick melted margarine
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. Cream of Wheat
Preparation
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Place in bowl.
    Heat milk with Cream of Wheat, add to noodles.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Could be used as hors d'oeuvre if cut in 1-inch squares.
