Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp salt
    1 whole egg
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp vinegar
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt, cut shortening into flour until resembles coarse cornmeal. Beat egg with wire whip and combine with vinegar and water. Combine with flour tossing lightly with fork. Makes 2 - 2 crust pies. Bake at 475\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
