Nut Roll * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans, chopped
1 can (4 oz.) coconut
1 box graham cracker crumbs
1 can condensed milk
1 bottle (8 oz.) maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
Preparation

Reserve 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
Mix all other ingredients in large bowl.
Mix well. Form into log roll, using the 1/2 cup crumbs to sprinkle over roll.
Refrigerate.
