Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 doz. mushrooms
    1/2 c. minced bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 egg yolk
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 clove garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Remove stems from caps and rinse with cold water.
    Marinate caps in soy sauce for 2 hours.
    Combine remaining ingredients, including the chopped stems of the mushrooms.
    Drain the caps. Use teaspoon to fill each cap with meat mixture.
    Mound filling 1/2-inch high.
    Brush top of each with soy sauce.
    Broil 8 to 10 minutes, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 additional minutes.
