Pudding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant pudding and pie filling (any flavor)
    1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    sugar (for sprinkling)
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients.
    Roll the batter into balls and place on ungreased, nonstick cookie sheet(s) 2 inches apart.
    Flatten the cookies with a fork and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
