Chicken Thighs Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken thighs (2 lb.)
    1/4 c. butter
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash chicken, drain and dry well.
    In large skillet, saute thighs in hot butter, skin side down, for 5 minutes or until golden.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Cover and saute 5 minutes.
    Push chicken to one side.
    Add spinach.
    Sprinkle with salt and basil. Simmer covered for 15 minutes.
    Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed; drain.
    Turn chicken right side up.
    Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Blend spinach with onion and butter.
    Simmer covered 10 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Serve on spaghetti.
