Taco Salad Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (more or less) vegeburger
    1/4 c. (more or less) barbecue sauce
    2 1/2 tsp. minced onion
    1 to 2 tsp. brown sugar
    4 medium tomatoes (I like to use little tomatoes and make individual salad cups)
    3 c. shredded lettuce
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. coarsely crushed taco chips
    sour cream
    sliced ripe olives
    commercial taco sauce
Preparation
    Crumb vegeburger into mixing bowl or casserole dish.
    Cover tightly and microwave at High for 3 to 5 minutes (may need to add a little oil to dish).
    Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and sugar; set aside.
