Veal Chops With Basil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 veal chops
flour for dredging
4 tsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
4 Tbsp. Prosciutto, chopped
1/2 c. fresh basil leaves
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. dry white wine
pepper and salt to taste
Preparation

Dredge chops lightly with flour.
In a large skillet, brown chops.
Remove them and set aside.
