Hamburg Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. sage
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
Add to saucepan and cook slowly over low heat until meat is browned.
Add to turkey or serve as is.
