Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
    1/3 c. Minute rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    3/4 c. water
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cut off tops of green peppers; remove seeds.
    Mix raw beef, chopped onion, uncooked rice, salt, pepper, garlic, 1/2 can of soup, egg and water.
    Arrange peppers snugly in 3-quart casserole. Stuff with mixture; top with remaining soup.
    Cover.
