Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) Shoe Peg corn, drained
    2 oz. jar pimento
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well, cover and chill overnight.
    Drain before serving.
