Sausage Stuffing Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (2 c.)
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
3 c. plain croutons
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar, Swiss or Emmenthaler cheese
1 can cream of broccoli or cream of chicken soup
4 eggs
1 soup can milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Meanwhile in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until brown.
Spoon off fat.
In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, cooked broccoli, croutons and cheese.
Arrange mixture evenly in a greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
In the same bowl, stir soup until smooth.
Beat in eggs and milk.
Pour over sausage mixture, covering all ingredients.
Bake 30 minutes or until set in center.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Cut into squares to serve.
