Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced celery (or sliced)
    2 c. diced onion (or sliced)
    1 lb. pork (lean; steak, chops or loin)
    2 cans bean sprouts
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook meat about half hour.
    Cut it in small bits.
    Save juice for stock.
    Saute meat in large boiler with 2 tablespoons butter or oleo.
    Add celery and onions.
    Let boil about 10 minutes after you pour in the stock.
