Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sq. chocolate
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. boiling water
    dash of salt
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter; add boiling water.
    Bring to the boiling point; add sugar, then syrup, vanilla and salt.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
