Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tomato juice
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 bay leaves
    4 cloves
    2 envelopes Knox gelatine
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 c. finely chopped celery
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients.
    Simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Strain.
