Spicy Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 tsp. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Bake fish at 350\u00b0 in a greased 9-inch baking pan for about 20 minutes.
    Drain cooking liquid from fish.
    While fish is baking, cook onion and green pepper in oil until onion is clear.
    Add tomatoes, salt and pepper to cooked onion and green pepper.
    Cook 20 minutes to blend flavors.
    Pour sauce over drained fish.
    Bake 10 minutes more.
    Serves four (about 110 calories each).
