Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash browns (frozen)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick oleo or butter
1 envelope dried onion (1 Tbsp.)
1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Mix hash browns and onion.
Melt cream cheese, oleo and mushroom soup.
Layer 1/2 potato mixture and 1/2 cream cheese mixture in glass baking dish, 9 x 13-inch.
Repeat layers.
