Saucy Soy Sizzlers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. soaked soybeans (1/2 c. dry and 3/4 c. water)
    1 c. water
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 pkg. George Washington brown rice
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Soak soybeans overnight, then blend soybeans in 1 cup water until very smooth.
    Pour into bowl.
    Add rolled oats and let stand 10 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Drop by tablespoon and form into patties on a nonstick pan.
    Brown on both sides.
    Sizzlers taste delicious in sandwiches or in pita bread.
