Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    4 medium potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced (uncooked)
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. water
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup
Preparation
    In large skillet brown chops and drain.
    In a buttered baking dish arrange potatoes and mushrooms, add pork chops.
    In a small bowl combine water and soup.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
