Thai-Style Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 limes
    1/4 c. Oriental sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. minced peeled fresh ginger
    1 tsp. curry powder
    4 c. mixed salad greens
    1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    2 c. (1/2 inch pieces) purchased roasted chicken
    1/3 c. coarsely chopped honey-roasted peanuts
Preparation
    Grate enough peel from 1 lime to measure 1/2 teaspoon. Squeeze enough juice from limes to measure 3 tablespoons .
    Whisk oil, ginger, curry powder, lime peel and lime juice to blend in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Divide greens and red bell pepper between 2 large plates. Heat dressing in heavy medium skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; toss until heated through, about 2 minutes. Spoon chicken and dressing over greens, dividing equally.
    Sprinkle peanuts over and serve.
