Delicious Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 cans potato soup, undiluted
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix together the sour cream, soup, cheese, salt, pepper, onion and potatoes.
    Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover and bake for 30 minutes more.
    Easy to fix and so good!
